Where can I buy BioFit products?

Where are BioFit products manufactured?
BioFit products are manufactured in, and ship from Bowling Green, Ohio.

How will my order be shipped?
Small quantity seating orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground, with a $25/carton handling fee. Larger orders (over $5000 list) will be shipped prepaid by a preferred LTL carrier. We can also ship via your preferred carrier. Please contact customer service to inquire. Parts orders, tables, carts and book trucks ship F.O.B. Bowling Green, Ohio. Please see our Shipping Terms.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All BioFit products are made to order. We have a select group of products on our Quick Ship program that normally ship in 1-2 days. Other products may have lead times extended. Please note your estimated ship date on your order acknowledgement.

Can I try a product before I buy it?
BioFit does have a sample policy. Please contact your authorized dealer representative to inquire. 

What is BioFit’s return policy?
BioFit stands behind every product we manufacture. If there is a problem with your order, please contact Customer Service immediately. We will do everything possible to correct the issue. If a product is no longer required, the customer is responsible for the return shipping, and the product may be subject to a restocking charge. 

What is the warranty period?
Nearly all BioFit furniture products are warrantied against mechanical or structural failure due to defective material or workmanship for 13 years of normal, multishift use. Pneumatic cylinders are covered for the functional lifetime of the chair or stool. Intensive Plus chairs are warrantied for 5 years.

BioFit reserves the right to recondition or replace any units covered by this warranty. Freight and any other consequential damages are not covered. All return shipments require written authorization and must be freight prepaid unless otherwise approved in writing. COM (Customer’s Own Material) upholstery materials are not covered.

BioFit takes its warranty, repair and maintenance responsibilities very seriously. Efforts by unqualified personnel to perform repairs on BioFit products can result in dangerous conditions which can lead to serious bodily injury. Any attempt to modify, alter or make unauthorized repairs to BioFit products may not only seriously jeopardize the safety of the user, but will void this warranty in every respect.
