How to Order from BioFit

Order Placement Instructions & General Information for Seating, Tables and Carts/Book Trucks

Working exclusively through our extensive and highly knowledgeable field sales representatives and distributor network, BioFit’s intention is to make your entire sales experience seamless and enjoyable. To place an order, simply contact your local BioFit representative or preferred distributor and provide the following information. A. Seating

How to Order
  1. Provide the quantity and manufacturing number for each item. Refer to the BioFit manufacturing number protocol for user-friendly instructions on identifying the manufacturing number of the product(s) you select. Manufacturing numbers are located on each product webpage.
  2. Provide upholstery and metal part finish selections. Standard selections are available for review in the BioFit Upholstery and Finish Color Catalog. Visit our Stinson custom upholstery showroom for additional options, or refer to our Customer’s Own Material (COM)/Special Order Upholstery guidelines regarding special order upholsteries or utilization of your own upholstery material.  Distributors: contact BioFit at  or 800-597-0246 for COM pricing. Please note that orders specifying COM may be cancelled by BioFit, if, in its sole discretion, the material is not sufficiently workable.
  3. Provide complete bill-to and ship-to addresses.

B. Tables

How to Order
  1. Provide quantity and manufacturing number as shown on product webpage.
  2. Provide table top color as shown on page 4 in the BioFit Tables catalog.
  3. Provide seat color as shown on page 4 in the BioFit Tables catalog.
  4. Provide complete bill to and ship to addresses.

C. Carts and Book Trucks

How to Order
  1. Provide quantity and manufacturing number for each item ordered.
  2. Provide powder coat color section. Refer to page 3 of the Multipurpose Carts Specification & Price Guide.
  3. Provide complete bill and ship-to addresses.

D. Sample Program

We certainly do! Our Try-Before-You-Buy Sample Seating Program allows end-users to test-drive our renowned ergonomic seating for 30 days at their location before making a purchasing decision.* Fast, easy and seamless, high-tech customers specify and request sample seating through our dealer partners, and can either keep and add the model(s) tested to their order, or simply arrange a return.
The BioFit Sample Seating Program is one of our most popular value adds. Be sure to ask about it the next time you connect with your BioFit dealer or rep.

E. General Information

Order Changes and Cancellations

Once entered in our system, orders may not be changed, cancelled or delayed without BioFit’s consent. This will be determined depending on the stage of production and BioFit must be indemnified from loss. Thus, the buyer will be responsible for material, labor or storage costs of changed, cancelled or delayed shipments. Once the merchandise has been shipped, the buyer is obligated to accept delivery from the carrier.

Special care should be taken when ordering Quick Ship seating models to assure accuracy because they may ship the same day of order placement, thus cancellations or changes may not be possible under any circumstances.

Returns: General

BioFit reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise unless it is determined to be BioFit’s responsibility. Any merchandise accepted for return must have prior written authorization and may be subject to a 25% restocking charge.

Table Return Policy:

BioFit quality tables are hand-crafted in our factory in Bowling Green, Ohio on an as-ordered basis. Only our most standard tables, in our most standard colors, will be accepted for return unless BioFit has made a manufacturing error. Product cannot be returned without prior written approval by BioFit headquarters (please call us at 1-800-597-0246 for a return authorization number if your order meets our return criteria).

 To be considered for return, standard products must meet the following conditions:

  • Return must be requested no more than 15 days after receipt of goods.
  • Tables must be new and unused.
  • Product must be protected for shipment with adequate packaging to protect them for the entire shipment and shipped pre-paid.

 Even in cases of standard product, returns will be subject to the following: 

  • 25% re-handling charge.
  • Original freight charges to the destination and return freight back to BioFit.
  • 100% of the product cost in the event of return shipping damage caused by inadequate packaging or carrier mishandling. 
Non-standard products will not be accepted for return, including special color laminates, paint, edging, or plastic parts.
Minimum Order

BioFit does not have a minimum order on products.
