BioFit Fall 5% Cash Back Rebate Promotion

Terms and Conditions

BioFit will pay a 5% rebate to the end-use purchaser for every qualifying BioFit seating product (chairs and/or stools) ordered between October 1, 2019 and November 30, 2019 and scheduled for shipment to end-use purchaser by December 30, 2019.
Qualifying products include all chairs and stools configured with a steel / tubular steel base. (Designated by the "S" as the third letter in the manufacturing code. (e.g. BTS-, GGS-, EES-, ETS-, UUS-))
MVMT chairs are NOT eligible for the rebate.
No minimum or maximum product purchase or order quantity required.
Orders must be received by BioFit from purchaser or purchaser's BioFit dealer by midnight, November 30, 2019 and product delivery must occur by December 30, 2019.
Completed redemption form (online) for each individual order must be received by BioFit by midnight, January 15, 2020.
Rebates will be paid by February 1, 2020. Order payment must be received prior to rebate issuance.
End-use purchaser and delivery location must be in North America (including Puerto Rico) to be eligible.
