BioFit Engineered Products is seeking world-class students that are looking to break into the sales industry. Our three-year Sales Internship Development Program will take top-tier students and turn them into BioFit product experts, resulting in opportunities to advance into higher positions within the company.
The Opportunity
Students majoring in sales or marketing will participate in a three-year training program through paid summer internships beginning after your sophomore year. Completion of the program will result in a full-time job after graduation.

What to Expect in the Sales Internship Development Program
Summer Internship – 1st Year (between sophomore and junior year):
-
Spend your summer learning our products and production processes by working in our factory. Learn our order process, including order entry, purchasing, production and shipping.

Shadow sales professionals.
At the end of the first summer, you will understand how our products are manufactured and explain it to customers in the future.
Summer Internship – 2nd Year (between junior and senior years):

Introduction to sales operating procedures.

Complete three one-month rotations in marketing, inside sales and customer service.

Mentor 1st year interns.
At the end of the second summer, you will have a good all-around understanding of our internal people and processes.
Between Years 2 and 3 (during your senior year):

Option to work part-time at BioFit (5-15 hours/week.)

Option to participate in weekly sales calls.
Program – Year 3 (the 12 months following graduation):

You will begin working full-time at BioFit.

Your time will be split working in customer service, inside sales, marketing, traveling with Regional and National Sales Managers, and attending trade shows.

Continue mentoring new interns.
At the end of the program, you will be offered a position. Depending on your progress, you could receive your own sales territory!
